Pricing for our language translation services is determined by the following factors: the size of the source text, the complexity of the text, the tightness of the deadline and the information carrier. Our language translation service fees are based on the source text word count.

To get a free quote on any translation or any of the other services we provide, please contact us either by phone, email, skype or
fill in the Free Quote form.

Our agency offers the following discount system:

1. The larger the project is, the less our client pays for it:
   45,000 – 60,000 words – 10% Discount;
   more than 60,000 words – 15% Discount.
2. Regular clients may also earn a discount.

Pricing for rush translation is ordinarily 10-50% above the normal rates, depending on the turnaround time.

Our agency offers the following payment scheme:

1. On receiving your order we estimate the price of the translation based on the source text word count.
2. Then we suggest your making a 50-percent payment of the price upfront.
3. On or before your deadline we deliver the completed translation by e-mail or post, and at that time you make your second-half payment.

NB Regular clients may pay for the services provided after receiving the completed translation.
